Spuhr QDP 3016

The absolute latest version of the Spuhr QDP 3016 , arrived H2 2022, with all the latest updates including the golden bronze slide locks. This mount was updated back in 2021 and the update is recognised by the golden bronze slide locks, as in the photo. Don't get caught with the older model.

This quick detachable mount has a one piece base and has dual levers. When Spuhr say one piece mount they mean just that, the entire base is precision machined from one single piece of aluminium. There is a bubble level at the rear of the mount. It can take a large range of Sphur ISMS (Ideal Scope Mount System) accessories. The mounts unusually are split at a 45 degree angle, this ensures that bolts never get in the way of dials. In the box is their very own levelling tool, so your scope is level within the rings. The tool is simplicity itself to use, meaning you will have a level scope in relation to the mount - helpful if you are using the inbuilt bubble level. There are 18 micro grooves inside each ring to better grip the scope and 6 torx bolts per ring (12 in total) to make sure your scope is firmly held. This is one of the best quick release mounts you can get for your Thermion thermal scope - or any other scope.
